Water Treatment Technology & Systems

First, it’s fast. You get a fully functional plant on-site much more quickly than it takes to construct a permanent building. Second, it’s more economical. The cost of a building to house treatment equipment is included in the containerized approach avoiding the potential millions of dollars that would be required for a permanent building. Third, the logistics are simple. Because it uses standard shipping dimensions, it can be transported by truck, rail, or sea without expensive, oversized permits. The steel container is also incredibly durable and secure, protecting the sensitive equipment inside.

Our systems are built within 53 foot intermodal shipping containers that are 53’ (16m) in length, 8’6’’ (2.6m) in width, and 9’6’’ (2.9m) in height.

We use a flexible platform of proven water treatment technologies that can be combined to solve specific water challenges. Our core technologies include:

Our systems are configured to meet your needs. A single system can provide a solution for a small community of 400 people, or a town of 10,000 people. Our systems are modular so that multiple units can be installed together to provide treatment for larger populations up to 30,000.

Every unit is built to be a true all-weather solution. The container is fully insulated and equipped with an integrated HVAC system. We build in redundancy, using two air conditioning units and three heaters. This allows the system to maintain a stable internal temperature and protect the advanced technology inside, whether you’re in a remote northern climate or facing intense summer heat.

They are exceptionally durable and secure. We use intermodal shipping containers made from Corten steel, a high-strength alloy that resists corrosion. The corrugated walls and reinforced steel beams provide a wind-and-watertight housing that protects your system from extreme weather, and the robust, lockable structure deters theft and unauthorized access.

Absolutely. This is central to our approach. The first step in our process is to understand the unique chemistry of your water source. From there, we select and combine the right treatment processes remove the specific contaminants you’re facing.

Currently, our primary focus is on selling systems. However, we are planning to have a dedicated fleet of rental systems available within the next year. If you have a project with near-term rental requirements, we are open to discussing a potential partnership. We recommend contacting us to talk about your timeline.

Our water treatment solutions can be configured to serve a wide range of customers, including municipalities and other small communities responsible for public drinking water, First Nations communities seeking to end long-term water advisories, industrial facilities managing process water and wastewater, mining operations with complex water management needs, data centres looking to expand, and organizations that provide safe water during emergencies.

Process, Logistics & Installation

While every project timeline is different, our entire model is built for speed. The modular nature of our systems means we can build and configure a system within weeks or months. During your initial consultation, we can discuss a more specific timeline based on your requirements.

We are flexible and can support transportation handled by your in-house fleet or carrier of your choice, or we can use our transportation specialists to safely deliver your equipment to your site. Because our units are built in standard shipping containers, they can be transported by road, rail, or sea. Since the system is housed in a standard ISO shipping container, it is classified as standard cargo, not an oversized load, helping to get the system to your site faster.

Yes. We provide in-depth training for local operators. Our goal is to empower your team with the knowledge to manage your community’s water supply with confidence, helping to build sustainable, self-sufficient control.

Yes. The mobility of the system is a core part of its design. Because it’s housed in a standard shipping container, the logistics of relocating it to another site are simple and straightforward.

Company & Support

While other companies may have a mobile water division as a small part of a much larger business, it is our singular focus. We dedicate all our resources to designing and building the best containerized water treatment systems possible. We don’t outsource our construction; every system is built in our Cambridge, Ontario manufacturing facility, supervised by the same Professional Engineers who designed the system.

Our company was founded and is still led by Professional Engineers with over 50 years of combined, direct experience in the water treatment industry. We’ve spent our careers on the ground, designing, building, operating, commissioning, programming, and troubleshooting the same types of systems you rely on. That practical, real-world experience forms the basis of our engineering philosophy; we know what fails under pressure and what stands up to constant demand, and we build our systems accordingly.

Every one of our systems is engineered and assembled at our manufacturing facility in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. Every system we build is assembled under the direct supervision of the Professional Engineers who designed it. The success of your project is never delegated or left to chance. We are also committed to using high-quality materials, sourced from trusted North American suppliers whenever possible.
